A creative legacy building should be artful, technical, responsive, and valuable on many levels. Design in of itself is the greatest contributor of any built environment. The materials and spaces only work if the assembly is coherent and proportioned correctly. Architecture is not just building science or ‘boxes’.  Architecture is the magical blending of time, place, and social conditions. Many variables including the clients time and place in life, planning approvals, construction teams & budgets must be coordinated for the right mixture.
